A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the third-party provider that operates the result service. Our own servers do not keep a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and use them to respond.
Routine Technical Logs
Hosting systems may record an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. These logs are reviewed in aggregate for site health and broad page-use measures. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics or, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
Technical data helps operate the reference, diagnose faults, measure traffic, and improve pages. Visitor lists are not sold, and individual user profiles are not built from this information.
External Portals and Tools
Pages point to county and state record portals, library collections, archives, and outside search tools. Once you leave this reference, the destination's privacy policy controls what you submit. Sponsored results are supplied by a separate company under its own terms.
Who May Process It
Hosting and technical vendors may process ordinary server logs while supporting the pages. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. Disclosure occurs when valid legal process requires it, and otherwise is limited to operating the service.
Security and Retention
The reference runs over an encrypted connection. Logs are kept only for the time needed for the purposes described above. Because there are no user accounts, this service does not hold a password or personal profile for you.
People Under 18
The reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor may have sent information, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted.

For covered data and covered entities, the Colorado Privacy Act, C.R.S. 6-1-1301 et seq., may provide rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Because this reference keeps little personal data, a request usually involves checking the contact mailbox and relevant server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by Colorado, Douglas County, or municipal custodians are outside our control; requests about those records belong with the office that holds them.
